Chalet #5 features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private elevator, and spans over 4700 sq ft. with Gore Mountain Range views. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and outdoor grill or hire a private chef, and share quality time at the grand dining table set for 8. Warm up beside the fireplace after skiing Vail Mountain, launder clothes in the laundry room, and store outdoor gear in the mudroom. Send all children to the downstairs media room for endless board games, movies, and entertainment.

Bedding

The mid-level primary bedroom decked in royal red textiles enjoys a luxurious king bed and walk-in closet.

The mid-level office guest bedroom features a queen pull out. Send some work emails at the desk and enjoy the office’s microwave and electric kettle.

The two ground-level junior primary bedrooms feature a spacious king bed and walk-in closet.

The downstairs junior primary bedroom features a spacious king bed and walk-in closet.

The lowest level enjoys 4 bunk beds ideal for kids and teens as well as expansive seating for endless movies and board games.

Bathrooms

Both the primary and junior primary bedrooms enjoy gorgeous en suite bathrooms featuring his and hers sinks, a sizable bathtub, a spacious stone steam shower with a built-in bench for relaxing rinses, and vanity space for getting ready for a night on the town.

Both guest bedrooms enjoy private en suite bathrooms with shower/tub combos.

The upstairs living area also enjoys a convenient half bath powder room.

All bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.

Booking Policies

Summer Season: Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of the balance is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.

Winter Season: Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of the balance is due 21 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.

Advance Bookings (more than 8 months in advance): Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The first night is non-refundable upon confirmation. The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.

Please note that for all bookings a valid credit card is required for incidentals, and a non-refundable 3.75% processing fee applies to all transactions paid and/or refunded to a credit card.
