Enter on the ground level, store gear in the mud room, and ride the elevator to the other levels. The upper level consists of the grand living room and kitchen, both beautiful spaces for everyone to convene and spend quality time. Cozy up at the gas fireplace, play board games at the coffee table, and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the outdoor deck. Hire a private chef or get cooking in the kitchen with its countless high-quality appliances and stainless-steel gas range. Gather around the dining table set for 4-10 guests. The mid-level also enjoys an office/media room with full bathroom, perfect for movie marathons and working from home in comfort. The spacious laundry room is also ideal for laundering and organizing everyone’s personal items.

The lower-level guest room enjoys a two bunk rooms, and a cozy queen bedroom featuring a small workspace. The two stylish bunk rooms sleep 8 total in comfy twin XL beds with outdoor patio access – perfect for a tween getaway.
The mid-level features the luxurious primary bedroom plus an exceptionally spacious full bathroom with a beauty vanity. The primary bedroom also has ample space to lay clothes out and work from home in the walk-in closet and desk area lounge.
All bedrooms enjoy en suite full bathrooms, and both the primary and junior primary bedrooms enjoy full bathtubs perfect for relaxing soaks after a big day on Vail Mountain. The upstairs living room also enjoys a convenient half bathroom for freshening up.
All bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.

Summer Season: Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of the balance is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.
Winter Season: Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remainder of the balance is due 21 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.
Advance Bookings (more than 8 months in advance): Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The first night is non-refundable upon confirmation. The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. At that date, the reservation in its entirety is non-refundable.
Please note that for all bookings a valid credit card is required for incidentals, and a non-refundable 3.75% processing fee applies to all transactions paid and/or refunded to a credit card.
